Our Spring Retreat blends relaxation, learning, and luxury at Greystone Pointe Lodge, a private 11,000 sq ft lodge perched above Gatlinburg (see picture).
✨ A Private Mountain Lodge (15 Suites, Each With a Private Bath) Floor-to-ceiling Smoky Mountain views, two great rooms with stone fireplaces, two hot tubs, a 25-seat home theater with karaoke, a game room with pool table and arcade, and decks with outdoor fireplaces.
✨ All Meals, Drinks & Snacks Included. Prepared EHFix–style meals, a fully stocked pantry and fridge filled with YOUR favorites by request, and cozy comforts that make you feel right at home.

Retreat Enrollment Process
Step 1: Choose and Book Your Room
Spaces are limited. Pick your suite above and click Book this room to reserve it instantly. Rooms are first come, first served, and a booked room is marked Sold right away.
- King suites (every one with a private bath): Premium, main level with mountain views, $4,000; High, main level, $3,500; Mid, lower level, $3,000. The price covers one guest. Bring a roommate for +$1,500 at checkout (2 guests max).
- Bunk rooms are made for groups, one guest per bed: Sisterhood Lodge (two connected bedrooms, 6 beds each, each with its own bath) has a 6-guest minimum: $10,700 for six, up to 12 guests. Trailhead Bunk (6 beds) has a 3-guest minimum: $6,200 for three, up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is +$1,500.

Because this is an intimate, highly personalized, women-only retreat, we personally connect with every guest.

- If you're new to our community: We'll reach out to schedule a brief phone or Zoom call to ensure the retreat aligns with your goals, answer your questions, and guide you toward the right room choice.
Step 3: Finalize Your Reservation
Once your room is booked, you'll receive a Guest Registration + Requests form so we can learn your preferences and personal needs. We'll have the lodge stocked with all your favorites!
If you plan to have an additional guest staying in your room, each participant will require their own retreat registration.
